At first I had a bit of trouble with the mat leaving a weird black stuff on my fabric. I messaged customer support about it. They replied very quickly and helped me problem solve. I needed the wool setting on my iron, not the cotton setting I was using. I think this mat really makes a difference in my pressing. And their service is top notch.
